Give us your route, your flight or train number and the number of bags. You receive a quote, then a written confirmation.
Step 2
We track your arrival
The day before, you receive your chauffeur's name and phone number. On the day, they track your flight or train in real time.
Step 3
Your chauffeur welcomes you
They wait for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, handle your luggage and drop you at your address.

Airports, stations, times and luggage
Does the price of a transfer change if my flight is delayed?
No. The price is fixed at booking. We track your flight and waiting time is free for 1 hour after landing; beyond that, we let you know before any extra waiting time.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport or station?
In the arrivals hall, at the exit of your terminal or platform, holding a sign with your name. You receive the chauffeur's name and phone number the day before.
Do you offer early-morning or late-night transfers?
Yes. We provide transfers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including early-morning flights and night arrivals.
Can I book a long-distance transfer?
Yes. We provide long-distance journeys from or to Paris, on quotation. Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses in the booking form.
