Airports, process and booking
Is the VIP welcome also available for departures?
Yes. Your agent meets you at the drop-off area, takes you through check-in and fast-track security, all the way to the boarding gate.
At which airports is VIP meet & greet available?
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais. At Le Bourget (business aviation), the welcome is handled by your flight's private terminal: your chauffeur waits for you there.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 48 hours before your flight, to give us time to arrange the welcome with the airport services. For a more urgent request, please call us. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the flight, the welcome fees are still charged.
Can I book VIP meet & greet for a relative or a guest?
Yes. Give us the traveller's name and flight number: the agent will welcome them by name and we will confirm the pick-up to you.
